DETAILS

Timing

When you hire us for your wedding ceremony, we will start playing 20 minutes prior to the start of the processional, as your guests are arriving. During the ceremony we can perform for the processional, the signing of the register and the recessional, but also for candle lighting or communion or any other moments during the ceremony that you would like us to play. Generally, the entire ceremony, including the 20 minute prelude, takes one hour. If you are having a full Catholic Mass you should book us for two hours.

Many couples hire us to play for the cocktail hour and/or dinner. We do not charge for the time between the ceremony and the reception.

We can assist you in choosing the music selections for your special day. (contact us) Please check our extensive repertoire list.

Contract

Once you have confirmed your booking, we will send you a contract, which you will sign and return, together with a post-dated cheque for the full amount, payable two weeks prior to your wedding. The event planner will help you to organize the details.

Performance

We need four armless chairs and adequate light at the performance location. If the ceremony is outside, we will need full shade to protect our instruments. Unfortunately, we cannot perform under cold or wet conditions.
